Kuu9 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the kuu9 platform. kuu9 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides Sports Betting, Live Casino, fish games, and other entertainment services to members in Bangladesh.

All registered members of kuu9 are bound by these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of them. kuu9 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out under your account by another person.

KYC Verification

Kuu9 may request a national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required information within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension.

Deposit Rules

• The same individual may not claim the same bonus more than once
• Accounts found to have abused bonuses may be closed

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded

Live Game Rules

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is left incomplete due to disconnection or technical issues, kuu9's established rules will be applied to determine the outcome of that round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuu9 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.
